What we publish, and what we tell you in private
Some things belong on a public page. Others belong in a conversation where you can ask a follow-up question and read the document that binds us.
Stated publicly
- The specification: what is being built, at what height, on how much ground.
- What the care model consists of, and who is on campus to deliver it.
- That there is no recurring monthly maintenance charge.
- The statutory position on RERA registration, in the footer of every page.
- Which images are photographs and which are indicative.
- Which appointments and partnerships are confirmed, and which are not.
Disclosed privately, on enquiry
- The residency price, and the payment terms attached to it.
- The residency agreement in full, with time to take independent advice.
- The commercial and financial structure behind the no-monthly-fee commitment.
- The insurance policy documents, with their scope, limits and exclusions.
Why the line is drawn there
A price on a marketing page invites a decision before the document that governs it has been read. A financial structure summarised in three lines invites the same. Both are commitments large enough that they deserve the agreement in front of you, in full, with time to take advice — so that is how we share them.
The project is also not yet registered under the Kerala Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act. Until it is, we are not inviting or accepting any booking, allotment or payment, and we do not present the project as available to buy.
