A funded medical programme worth up to ₹1 crore in combined cover.
Presidenzo funds a defined annual medical contribution per resident, indexed each year, delivered through licensed insurers and our on-campus medical team.
Cover is underwritten and claims are settled by the licensed insurers who issue the policies. Presidenzo funds the premiums and coordinates the claim on your behalf; it is not itself an insurer.
A resident geriatrician
A doctor specialising in the medicine of older adults, on campus and seeing residents in a dedicated medical room rather than by appointment elsewhere.
Two physiotherapists
Resident physiotherapy for rehabilitation, balance and mobility work, alongside diagnostics and pharmacy support on site.
A dedicated ambulance
Stationed on campus rather than dispatched to it, so a transfer begins at the door and not at the end of a call queue.
24×7 nurse call, every room
An emergency call point in every room of every residence, including the sit-out, answered around the clock by nursing staff on site.
