Residences
Two low-rise blocks. Seven hundred and fifty square feet each.
Garden Block and Hillview Block hold private, self-contained residences designed so that daily life stays independent for as long as possible.
Seven hundred and fifty square feet, planned around one thing: staying independent.
Every residence is a private, self-contained home — one bedroom, a living and dining room, a full kitchen, an accessible bathroom and a sit-out of your own. Two low-rise blocks hold them, four floors over ground, no more.

A sit-out of your own
Every residence opens onto a private sit-out through sliding doors from the living room — deep enough to be shaded through the middle of the day and used in the monsoon, which is when a Kerala verandah earns its keep.
Beyond it, the campus is deliberately mostly open ground: gardens, water and a level walking circuit rather than parking and built mass.
