Nothing is payable at this stage

Presidenzo Pvt Ltd is not inviting or accepting any booking, allotment or payment for this project. Registering interest costs nothing, commits you to nothing, and creates no right or obligation on either side. There is no booking amount, no application fee and no payment facility on this website.

This project is not yet registered under the Kerala Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act. No booking, allotment or payment is being invited or accepted. All information is indicative, subject to statutory approvals, and does not constitute an offer or invitation to offer.

Withdrawing an enquiry

You can withdraw an enquiry at any time by writing to info@presidenzo.com. We will stop contacting you, and we will erase your personal data as described in our privacy policy. There is nothing to refund, because nothing has been paid.

Once residency terms are offered

If and when the project is registered under the Kerala Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act and residency is offered, the cancellation and withdrawal terms — including what is payable, what is returnable, on what timeline and in what circumstances — will be set out in full in the residency agreement.

We will give you that agreement to read in full, with time to take independent legal and financial advice, before anything is signed or paid. We do not summarise those terms here: a summary of a financial commitment is not a substitute for the document that binds you, and we would rather you read the real thing.

Your statutory rights, including those under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and under RERA once the project is registered, apply regardless of anything stated here or in any agreement.
