Presidenzo funds a defined annual medical contribution per resident, indexed each year, delivered through licensed insurers and our on-campus medical team.
Cover is underwritten and claims are settled by the licensed insurers who issue the policies. Presidenzo funds the premiums and coordinates the claim on your behalf; it is not itself an insurer.
A resident geriatrician
A doctor specialising in the medicine of older adults, on campus and seeing residents in a dedicated medical room rather than by appointment elsewhere.

How an emergency actually runs
At the call
The nurse-call point in any room reaches on-site nursing staff, who attend in person.
On campus
The resident geriatrician and the medical room handle what can be handled here, with diagnostics and pharmacy support on site.
If a transfer is needed
The campus ambulance leaves from the gate, and the care coordinator calls ahead to the receiving hospital.
In hospital
The care coordinator manages the admission and the claim end to end, and keeps the family informed throughout.
