Presidenzo Pvt Ltd is a private limited company registered in India. Its board carries the responsibility for this project.
Board of directors
The board of Presidenzo Pvt Ltd is accountable for the project: its funding, its construction, its statutory compliance and the obligations owed to residents under the residency agreement.
Advisory panel
An advisory panel across medicine, architecture and finance advises the board. Advisers advise; they do not carry the statutory duties of a director.
Residents
Residents are not shareholders and do not carry the risks of one. What Presidenzo owes each resident is set out in the residency agreement and is enforceable under it.
Statutory position
The project is not yet registered under the Kerala Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act. Until it is, no booking, allotment or payment is invited or accepted, and the regulatory protections that RERA registration brings are not yet in force for this project. We will publish the registration number here and in the site footer as soon as it is granted.
The company files its statutory returns with the Registrar of Companies as required under the Companies Act, 2013.
